If you already have diabetes type 2 then studies show that you should do both aerobic exercise like brisk walking AND resistance training to nudge weight loss and keep blood sugar levels more balanced.

 

Omega 3 fatty acids may not be able to prevent a second heart attack in a patient who has already had a first one, but it can support heart health if you have not had a heart attack.
