Fish oil, calcium and chunk light tuna

- Want to take fish oil capsules? There is currently no basis to choose a supplement derived specifically from krill.
- If you take your calcium supplements on an empty stomach, then choosing calcium citrate, which does not need stomach acid to break it down, is a good choice. Otherwise take your dose (no more than 500 mgs of calcium at a time) with meals and choose either calcium carbonate or citrate.
- Yes,canned chunk light tuna has less mercury than albacore white. Always buy packed in water to lower calories.
